At Monclair Jewelry, we strive to ensure you’re completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we offer a 30-day return and exchange policy from the date of delivery.
Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
To be eligible for a return or exchange, the following conditions must be met:
- You have 30 days from the delivery date to initiate the return or exchange.
- The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- The item must be returned in its original packaging.
Items Not Eligible for Return, Exchange, or Refund
Certain items are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund:
- Returns or exchanges requested after the 30-day period from the delivery date.
- Used or damaged items.
- Mined Diamonds/Natural Diamonds — These are non-refundable, and all mined diamond purchases are final.
Refund Process
If your item is eligible for a return, the following process will be followed:
- Once we receive the returned item, it will be inspected by our specialists to ensure it meets the return criteria.
- You will be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund request.
- Approved refunds will be processed and credited to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
