• You have 30 days from the delivery date to initiate the return or exchange.
• The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
• The item must be returned in its original packaging.

Items Not Eligible for Return, Exchange, or Refund

Certain items are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund:

• Returns or exchanges requested after the 30-day period from the delivery date.
• Used or damaged items.
• Mined Diamonds/Natural Diamonds — These are non-refundable, and all mined diamond purchases are final.

Refund Process

• Once we receive the returned item, it will be inspected by our specialists to ensure it meets the return criteria.
• You will be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund request.
• Approved refunds will be processed and credited to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
